We eliminate waiting rooms and mystery bills, offering prices that are typically 40% cheaper than dealerships and 10–15% cheaper than inefficient local shops while delivering uncompromised quality.
If you schedule a service, we will call or message you to confirm the appointment, answer any questions, and put you on the schedule. We pick up your car, do everything on a priority basis, and keep you posted. Upon completion, you can pay online, and we return the vehicle to you or you can pick it up from us—making things fairly easy.
We want to be as easy to use as possible. You can text, email, or submit a quote online, and we will guide you through text, email, or voice without you needing to visit a shop or sit in a waiting room. If you prefer a face-to-face consultation, we can even swing by your home or office to visually inspect your car, or you can visit our West Town facility.

Yes! Doorstep valet isn't for everyone—if you prefer to drop off your car yourself to avoid having anyone else drive it, you are always welcome at our main West Town facility, and we apply an immediate $20 discount credit to your service invoice.

You can complete your payment securely online after receiving real-time text updates while our technicians transform your car, right before it is returned spotless and fully insured to your door. We accept all payment methods, including credit cards, debit cards, cash, and Zelle.
Yes, we try to for many types of work! Our main criteria are that the competitor must be a highly rated shop recognized for quality work without cutting corners. If you send us their estimate or quote, we will compare it line-by-line to see how we can match or beat them, ensuring you get the best price and our signature valet convenience.
Never. Our listed price is your baseline price and rarely changes. We will update the price and send you an estimate upon inspection on mechanical work, as well as sometimes body work when there is hidden damage. Detailing price might change only if there is excessive soil, tough stains or pet hair that require quite a bit of added effort and time. Please note that the only fee that does get added is a 4% shop fee for any invoice of more than $500 when paid by credit card, but it is easy to avoid by paying with cash, Zelle, or other money transfers.
