When you request a service in your online cabinet, our insured valet driver arrives at your home, office, or building garage during your requested time window. You can hand over keys in person or leave them with your doorman. We safely transport your car to West Town Detail Studio, execute your wash or detail, and return it back to your parking spot — sending real-time SMS updates throughout! Prefer to drop off directly at West Town Studio? You can select that option to save on your monthly plan rate!
You have full self-serve control via your Carrectly Online Cabinet! Log in anytime on your phone or desktop to view remaining wash balances, schedule doorstep valet pickups, transfer gift washes to friends, or update billing preferences in 1-click.
To keep monthly pricing low and fair for long-term members, included Major Details are eligible for redemption after 3 consecutive months of active subscription payments. (Note: if you prepay your subscription annually, your included details unlock immediately on day 1!)
No rigid monthly caps! Your annual Good Wash quota (12, 16, or 20 washes) is available for you to use at your own pace throughout your active contract year. Need 3 washes in January after heavy Chicago snowfall? Go right ahead!
Drift Plan (3 gift washes) and Lucid Plan (6 gift washes) allow you to transfer a Good Wash credit to any friend, colleague, or family member located in our Chicago coverage zone directly through your user cabinet.
Yes! You can pause or cancel your subscription directly through your online cabinet. If you cancel prior to your 12-month cycle completion, any consumed services beyond your paid monthly balance will simply be reconciled at standard member-discounted retail rates — no penalty fees!
